small pool poor housekeeping
I was really let down by some aspects. the pool was quite small (more for looks, really) and got crowded. housekeeping wasn't great. An empty water bottle stayed behind the curtain for a whole week. (honestly, it made me wonder about the overall cleanliness.)

a refined stay on the gold coast
amazing location friendly staff refined design paper straws
i found the location amazing, close to many cafes and shops. the staff was fabulous, always ready to assist. the room had a refined design, very quiet and peaceful. i really liked they used paper straws at the rooftop lounge, a nice touch for sustainability.
i noticed a small amount of dust under the bed, it wasn't a big issue, just something i saw.

the beautiful king room features a well designed layout, and it includes a beautiful bathroom. i appreciated the pristine condition of the room. the east side offers fine views.

the hotel features a rooftop lounge, it is an excellent place for a nightcap. there are also water bottle refill stations on numerous floors. i found that a very thoughtful amenity.

the front desk staff were friendly upon my arrival. the bellmen provided excellent service. they offered assistance with luggage and directions.

rainwater shower beautiful tiling thin walls noise level
The overhead rainwater shower was a highlight. The beautiful tiling in the bathroom was also notable. I looked forward to returning to the hotel every night.
The room was close to other rooms. I could hear everything from other guest rooms. This was a little disappointing.

prime location excellent views warm staff
the hotel is in a prime location. i had easy access to various attractions. the room was clean. it also had excellent city and lake views. the staff welcomed me warmly.
the room i had needed some touch-up painting.
